Pick ups, transfers, meal plan, tips or any other services are included in the prices if specified. Otherwise these services will be subject to being paid at the time they are rendered.

Reservations, Guarantee and Prepayment:
|
|
|
|
|
|
Reservations require a minimum lead time of 3 working days before the time the services are rendered.
|

Perurooms.travel does NOT apply any commission fee for reconfirmation and/or payment either Bank Transfer or credit card charge. |
 |
As soon as all services are confirmed (the status of your booking request will be formally sent by e-mail), the prepayment must be made at the time of the stated deadline prior to departure date. This may be carried out through a bank transfer or a credit card charge. |

Perurooms.travel accepts payment by bank transfer, direct deposit, or credit card (Master Card, Visa and American Express). In case of a bank transfer all wiring and transfer costs should be assumed by the passengers
|

A Verified by Visa secure link is sent in order to carry out the prepayment with Visa credit card, thus all services provided by Perurooms will be reconfirmed.
|
 |
A secured American Express or Master Card Peru credit card authorization form is sent in order to carry out the prepayment, thus all services provided by Perurooms will be reconfirmed.
|
 |
A copy of your credit card (front and back) and original passport or other id document with your signature may be required according to Visanet, American Express and Master Card Peru security procedures.
|
 |
The charges are made in US American Dollars. |
|
|
We indeed guarantee that your credit card will NOT be charged without your specific approval for the total amount sent back to you by e-mail. We do NOT apply any commission fees or hidden charges. |
|
|
Once all services requested are confirmed, approved and paid for, a Voucher of Services is sent with a confirmation code. This voucher will describe all guaranteed services.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Penalties for Cancellations:
|
|
|
|
|
|
Cancellations from 1 – 4 rooms before deadline reconfirmation (this will be formally sent by e-mail with the status of your booking request) are subject to a USD 25.00 charge due to administrative expenses. Other charges may apply depending on hotel or tour operator.
|
|
|
Cancellations or reductions from 1 – 4 rooms after deadline reconfirmation will be subject to hotels or tour operator penalties (these will be formally sent by e-mail). These may apply one night charge per room plus 19% Peruvian Sales Taxes or may be not reimbursed or compensated. |
 |
In case of no-show, there is no reimbursement or compensation for the services reconfirmed in your Voucher of Services. |
|
|
NOTE: Some hotels (Inkaterra and Orient Express Hotels) or tour operators have more rigorous cancellation policies. Therefore, these suppliers keep the right to impose different penalties on reservations.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Modifications/Reductions:
|
|
|
|
|
|
After reconfirmation and prepayment deadline, modifications and/or reductions will be subject to availability and according to cancellation policies.
|
|
|
No refunds will be given for unused portions, nights or early check outs. |
|
|
|
|
|
REMARK:
|
|
|
|
|
|
At the time of hotel check-in, foreigners and non-residents with less than 60 consecutive days in Peru must present original Passport and the Andean Migration Card - TAM (provided on board the aircraft by airline personnel upon arrival to Peru or you may get it in advanced at http://www.digemin.gob.pe/tam.asp), in order to avoid payment of Peruvian Sales Tax on hotel services. The 19% Peruvian Sales Tax on hotel services applies to Peruvian residents or foreigners with more than 60 consecutive days in Peru.

Perurooms.travel offers accommodations and travel services supported by our extensive knowledge and years of experience in the hotel and travel business. Perurooms.travel is responsible for supplying all services and accommodations as described and confirmed in your Voucher of Services.

Although Perurooms.travel is committed to offer travelers the best recommended travel services, we act as an intermediary, any loss, accident, damage or injury to you or people traveling with you caused by the providers mentioned in your Voucher of Services will not be the responsibility of Perurooms. All damages incurred due to the above mentioned events or due to negligence of any hotel or travel provider is subject to local laws protecting the tourist. We will do our best to assist travelers in these cases.

Some services may be interrupted or cancelled due to natural disasters, weather conditions, civil commotion, strikes, earthquakes, political situation, accidents, sickness, flight delays, and reasons of force majeure or any other causes. Perurooms will not refund as a result of such interruptions or cancellations beyond our control. Our company reserves the right to change our cancellation policies, if our suppliers should apply further penalties apart from those stated above.

All tour package bookings will be processed only if your request is received minimum 7 days before departure date.
|

The full balance of your booking request confirmed must be paid 45 days before departure date; otherwise we will automatically cancel your request.
|

If we receive a booking request within 45 days before departure date, the full balance must be paid at once as soon as you receive our confirmation code. Otherwise, we will automatically cancel the reservation.
|
|
|
Different policies will apply for Inca Trail, cruises, trains, and flights. All flights, Inca Trail, cruises, trains, and bookings must be fully paid in advance in order to reserve spaces. Payments for flights, cruises and Inca Trail bookings are non-refundable due to airlines and operators´ policies. |
|
|

Penalties/Refunds |

Perurooms.travel must be informed of all cancellations in writing and will reply also in writing.

Once the tour has started there will be no refund for unused portions of tour packages due to the passenger’s decision.
|
|
|
If a passenger does not show up, no reimbursement will be made on tour packages, flights, trains, Inca Trail.
|

All reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to the departure date of the tour are subject to the following reimbursement percentages: |

Sickness or disability |
|

Passengers enduring any illness or disability, or undertaking treatment for a physical or medical condition, must declare so and state the nature of such condition when booking. Furthermore, he/she must also be responsible for any medication or treatment which may be required during the tour. If no information is given on these issues, Perurooms.travel will consider it to be a breach of these booking conditions and will exclude the passenger from the tour. In addition, there will be no reimbursement.

If the tour includes cruises, excursions or transfers by boat, the passenger must declare when booking, if he/she is unable to swim. Disclosure of this information will not prevent the passenger from taking part in such tour, but it will give Perurooms.travel the necessary tools to guarantee maximum safety for the passenger at all times. |

|
Passenger’s Complaints |
|
|
|
|
|
In case a passenger wishes to make a complaint about the tour, it must be done as soon as the situation arises, so that Perurooms.travel can do its best to correct the situation. If the complaint is received by the tour conductor or any other representative of Perurooms.travel during the tour, it will be easier for us to make things better or give any compensation. If the passenger feels that the problem has not been solved in a proper manner, he/she must file a written complaint to Perurooms.travel within 30 days after the tour’s conclusion.

Responsibility |

|
Perurooms.travel reserves the right to make the necessary changes to the itinerary, without prior notice, due to changes in climate conditions, flight, bus or train arrival and departure times or any other reason, thus we may offer you the most convenient journey according to your request.

|
Perurooms.travel will not refund services that have been totally or partially cancelled due to reasons of force majeure, such as natural catastrophes, weather conditions, civil commotion, strikes, earthquakes, political turmoil, accidents, illness, flight delays, or any other causes, since such cancellations are beyond our control. In case our suppliers apply further penalties, in addition to those stated above, Perurooms.travel may decide to change its cancellation policies.

When confirming the identities of the Visa cardholders, the fraudulent transactions of electronic commerce or in dispute are reduced, and it is a way to satisfy the restlessness of the consumer with respect to the purchases online.

Verified by Visa is a unique service that uses personal passwords to help protect Visa card numbers against unauthorized use. Once you activate your card, no one else can use your Visa card number at any participating online stores – without your personal password. 3-D SECURE: THE TECHNOLOGY BEHIND VERIFIED BY VISA |

The protocol 3-D Secure sustains the new service of Visa payments, designed to improve and to validate payments conducted by Internet. 3-D Secure is a technology of authentication that uses encription Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and a Plug-in to the Merchant Server that informs and verifies the participants with authentication aims during a purchase. Also, it protects the information of payment with the card during its transmission by Internet.
